From May to September, the Village is open Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 19.00, Saturday and Public Holidays from 10.00 to 20.00, and Sunday from 10.00 to 19.00.

La Vallée Village accepts all the Kadeos gift vouchers where the La Vallée Village logo appears. We also accept the La Vallée Village gift vouchers, the Ticket Infini®, and the Ticket Horizon®.
There is no luggage storage service at La Vallée Village, but there is one in the Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy TGV train station that is just one RER train station away from Val d'Europe, the RER station for La Vallée Village.
